OSX17/11/25: macbook pro (w/ wifi 6) not connecting properly to 5ghz wifi

prerequisites:

1. need access to router setting/config

set the 5ghz channel from auto/40 default to 149 instead. all devices that doesnt have wifi 6e should now have no problem connecting and have less latency.
